My research focuses on tracking glacier fluctuations since the end of the last ice age (~11,600 years ago) to understand how glaciers and ice sheets have responded to natural climate variability. I use 10Be dating of glacial deposits (e.g. moraines) in conjunction with lake sediment cores from lakes downvalley from glaciers. In addition to conducting research in Greenland, I plan to start research projects in the nearby mountains of northern California. If you are interested in reading more about my research, you can visit my personal website.
